In a decision made on May 12, 1998 - 321
0 85/98 - "Liability for Links", the Local Court of
Hamburg decided that by adding a link to one's website, one
also takes on responsibility for the contents of the linked
page, where applicable. This can only be avoided by expressly
dissociating oneself from these linked contents. Therefore:
"All operators and/or authors of this Homepage hereby expressly
dissociate themselves from all content of all linked pages to
this Homepage and do not make this content part of their own.
This statement shall apply for all links to external Homepages
attached to this Homepage."
